Operator and scope
The waitlist is operated by Ariadnah Solutions B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94873631, at De Entree 201, Unit 9.15, 1101 HG Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“Ariadnah”).
These terms apply to organisations joining the Ariadnah waiting list. The campaign is designed for law firms and financial institutions.

Joining for your organisation
You confirm that you are authorised to register your organisation and use its work email. A name is optional. No payment details or client documents are needed to join.

Reserve your three free months
Joining the waiting list reserves three months of free platform access for your organisation. It is not an application for discretionary selection. We will acknowledge your registration and contact you when access is ready.

When the free period starts
Your three consecutive free months start on the day your platform access is activated. Time spent on the waiting list does not count towards the free period. We will confirm the activation date with you.

Three months free, with no fees
Ariadnah charges no platform subscription, setup, implementation, integration or check fees during the three-month free period. No payment details are required, and there is no requirement to buy a paid service to receive the free access.
There is no automatic paid renewal. After the free period, you decide whether to continue. Any paid access requires your explicit agreement to a separate proposal. We will not issue retrospective charges for the free period.

Security, privacy and your information
We help your organisation set up secure access, choose who can see client information and put the appropriate privacy and data-processing arrangements in place. Your team remains responsible for its client reviews and decisions.
You can export your information. If you decide to stop, we will help you export it and arrange deletion in accordance with the applicable privacy terms. These arrangements do not introduce a fee for the free period.

Your choice to continue or stop
You can leave the waiting list or stop using the platform by contacting info@ariadnah.com. There is no cancellation fee or obligation to continue.
Later changes to this campaign will not remove the three free months already reserved by joining. The free-access promise in these terms takes precedence over conflicting commercial charges in other Ariadnah terms during the free period.

Communications and privacy
We send operational messages to acknowledge your registration, help you get set up and let you know when access is ready. These messages are not marketing.
The waiting list asks for a work email and optional name. Do not submit client files, identity documents or confidential matter details. Personal data is handled as described in the Waitlist Privacy Notice.

Law and contact
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Amsterdam, subject to mandatory law.
