Less time maintaining policies. More time putting them to work.
Writing policies takes time. Keeping them aligned with legislation, checking for gaps and helping people apply them takes even more. Ariadnah helps you write policies that fit your organisation, keep them consistent and use them in everyday compliance work.
Policies that fit your organisation.
A policy needs to reflect what your organisation does, who is responsible and which requirements apply. Working that out and turning it into clear instructions is often the hardest part of writing it.
Ariadnah helps draft policies using that context. Start with an existing document or develop a new policy with AI assistance. Your team reviews the wording, makes changes and approves it before publication.
See what needs attention.
Legislation changes. Your organisation changes. Policies written at different times can leave gaps, repeat work or give conflicting instructions. Checking all of this by hand takes time away from addressing the issues.
Ariadnah connects policy statements to the requirements they address and helps identify gaps, inconsistencies and conflicts. Your team can see where a review is needed, consider the finding and decide what to change.
Give people the instructions that matter to their work.
Publishing a policy is only part of the job. People also need to know which statements apply to them, what they are expected to do and who to ask when something is unclear.
Ariadnah helps you share relevant policy statements across the organisation and connect them to the responsible roles. Keep approved wording and changes together, so teams can work from a consistent set of instructions.
Put your policies to work in reviews, reports and controls.
The same policy is often read again for a review, quoted in a report and checked when assessing a control. Each time, someone has to find the relevant wording and explain how it applies.
In Ariadnah, your policies provide context for AI-assisted reviews, reports and controls. The application can use what your organisation has agreed to do when helping your team assess its work.
For example, a supplier review can draw on your supplier policy when considering the evidence. That gives your team a relevant basis for the review and helps connect the finding to the action needed.
The practical questions behind this solution.
Plain answers about what the platform does today, where people still decide, and what remains outside its scope.
Can we use our existing policies?
Yes. Ariadnah helps bring existing policies into the platform with AI assistance. Your team reviews the result and approves the wording before it is published.
Does AI decide what our policies should say?
No. AI supports drafting and review. Your organisation decides what is appropriate and approves its policies. Ariadnah specialists can help with interpretation and practical application.
Does sharing a policy track that everyone has read it?
The current workflow lets you define who a policy applies to and who should receive it. Individual read-and-acknowledge tracking is not yet available.
Are policy reviews and exceptions fully automated?
Review scheduling is currently managed by your team. A dedicated process for approving exceptions, setting expiry dates and prompting another review is still planned.
