Everything here is free to read and free to cite.

Every EU act that reaches a regulated firm, reproduced in full from the Publications Office of the European Union. Each page names its official source, states its legal status and links to the version that governs.

Why we reproduce the acts ourselves.
The official texts are public, but they are published as Formex XML and as PDFs built for print, neither of which reads well with a screen reader or answers a question on a phone. We convert the Publications Office's own Formex files into accessible HTML, keep every article, annex and footnote, and state on each page which CELEX it came from and when it was retrieved. Where our reproduction and the official text differ, the official text governs, and every page says so and links to it.
