01
Who we are
Ariadnah Solutions B.V. is a private company with limited liability, established in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94873631.
We operate ariadnah.com and the DORA Solutions platform. We act as data controller for personal data we collect directly through this website. When we process personal data on behalf of a client, we act as processor under a separate data processing agreement.
02
What data we collect
We only collect personal data that we need for a clear purpose. In practice that falls into three groups.
Information you give us: Contact details and message content when you fill in a form, book a discovery call, subscribe to updates, or email us directly. Typically: name, work email, company, role, and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information from your use of the site: Basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, referrer, pages visited, and timestamps. This is collected through server logs and, subject to your consent, analytics cookies.
Information from third parties we use: When you book a call via Calendly or connect through LinkedIn, the relevant provider shares limited information with us under its own policy.
03
Why we collect it
We process personal data for a limited set of purposes, each with a legal basis under the GDPR.
To respond to you: When you contact us or book a call, we use your details to reply, schedule the meeting, and follow up. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
To deliver our services: Where you become a client, we process personal data to perform the contract, invoice, and meet related legal obligations.
To operate and improve the site: We use server logs to keep the site secure and stable. With your consent, we use analytics to understand how the site is used. Legal basis: legitimate interest for security and stability; consent for analytics and marketing cookies.
To comply with the law: We keep certain records to meet tax, accounting, and other statutory obligations.

How we store it
Ariadnah Solutions is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified by DNV. Our information security management system governs access controls, data protection, and operational resilience across all our services.
Our website and platform run on dedicated hosting within the EU. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis, and we log administrative actions.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
05
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business — hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, and similar services — and only to the extent they need it to do that work. Each of those providers is bound by a data processing agreement.
Where a provider sits outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may also disclose personal data where we are required to by law or by a competent authority.
06
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have a set of rights over the personal data we hold about you.
Access, correction, and deletion: You can ask for a copy of your data, have inaccurate data corrected, or ask us to delete data we no longer have a lawful basis to keep.
Restriction and objection: You can ask us to restrict how we process your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
Portability: For data you provided to us and that we process by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract, you can ask for a portable copy.
Withdraw consent: Where we process data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Complain to a regulator: You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
To exercise any of these rights, write to the address below. We will respond within the statutory time limit.
