Turn what your organisation knows into work it can keep using.
Ariadnah is a composable European compliance platform. Governed switches activate shared work, reporting, AI, collaboration and access across every domain your organisation needs, without creating another system.
One capability layer. Whatever domains you add.
The platform separates the capabilities that repeat from the information they act on. Tasks, schedules, workflows, approvals, reporting, AI, collaboration and trust portals are shared services. Regulations, entities, people, assets, products and future domains are inputs to those services, not separate applications.
When a domain is activated, it inherits the same ownership, review, audit and security rules. The organisation expands the platform without recreating its work, reporting or access model.
The organisation knows the answer. The answer is rarely usable.
A supplier owner knows why a service matters. Legal knows what the contract says. IT knows which systems depend on it. Compliance knows which obligation is triggered. Management remembers why an exception was accepted.
Those pieces meet in workshops and email, then separate again into spreadsheets, tickets, policies and reports. The final document survives, while the relationships, reasoning and ownership behind it begin to fade.
When something changes, each team updates its own record on its own cadence. The organisation discovers the disagreement later, during a filing, audit, incident or board question.
When someone leaves, the facts may remain but the explanation goes with them. The next owner has to reconstruct why the organisation made the decision in the first place.
Ariadnah does not pretend that complexity can be removed. It creates a governed path through it, while preserving the judgement and context behind every decision.
Activate new capability without creating another system.
The platform is assembled from a carefully governed catalogue, not a collection of disconnected applications. Each domain and service is designed against the same rules for ownership, tasks, schedules, approvals, evidence, reporting, audit and access.
A switch activates a composed surface for the organisation. The platform knows which shared capabilities that surface can use, what inputs it requires and what it contributes back to the organisation's health.
Use AI to recover and draft knowledge, not to make silent decisions.
AI can help extract structure from an existing policy, draft from approved source material and prepare a proposal from unstructured information. That is useful work when the source and the proposed result remain visible.
Because AI is a shared platform capability, every activated domain can use it under the same source, access, review and approval rules. Facts remain deterministic where they can be computed reliably.
Specialists help shape the judgement. The platform carries it forward.
We do not hand over an empty product for you to configure alone. Every tenant begins with a scoped setup. The typical shape of an engagement:
- Discovery call. You describe your operation and the compliance problem consuming the most of your team's time. We describe how the platform would model it.
- Scope and specialists. We agree the regulatory scope and name the specialists who will work with your team.
- Platform provisioned. A workspace is prepared for your organisation and the agreed domains and services are activated.
- Working sessions. Specialists and engineers work alongside your team inside the workspace. Regulatory interpretation decisions are recorded as they are taken.
- Ongoing ownership. Your people continue with the tasks, records, evidence and decision history created during the engagement. Advisory remains available where judgement is needed.
Platform access continues. Advisory is contracted separately as you need it.
Current status
Production experience, rebuilt on a broader foundation.
DORA Solutions remains the production reference for our DORA work, including the Register of Information and its reporting process. The next Ariadnah platform is in active development and is approaching first production onboarding.
The current build demonstrates the composition model across organisation and responsibility, risk and control, governance documents, suppliers and contracts, assets, incidents, AML and KYC, fund administration, DORA and AIFMD reporting, external stakeholder access, workflows, approvals, tasks and health checks. These are the domains and services attached today, not the boundary of the platform.
A capability being present in the current build is not presented as a production-availability promise. We confirm the relevant scope, readiness and specialist support for each engagement during discovery.
Properties of the build, not promises about it.
The protections that matter most in the platform are properties of the build, not promises about it. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database level. The attack surface is enumerable. Dependencies require a written review. Security controls are checked on every release, not once a year. Read how we design it.
What composable means in practice.
A plain-language explanation of how Ariadnah grows without creating disconnected systems.
What is a composable compliance platform?
A composable compliance platform lets an organisation add the compliance services it needs without building a separate system for each one. In Ariadnah, every added domain uses the same tasks, schedules, approvals, reporting, AI, collaboration, access, and health checks.
What is a governed switch in Ariadnah?
A governed switch turns on a new domain or service within the organisation's existing setup. It uses the same people, records, review steps, security, and access rules, so the new service does not become another silo.
Which capabilities repeat across Ariadnah modules?
Tasks, schedules, approvals, reporting, AI assistance, collaboration, notifications, controlled external access, and health checks work in the same way across Ariadnah. Regulations, people, entities, assets, products, and suppliers provide the context for that work.
Is Ariadnah limited to its current compliance modules?
No. The current build includes DORA, AML and KYC, AIFMD reporting, fund administration, governance, risk, suppliers, assets, incidents, and external portals. More domains and services can be added through the same governed approach.
A discovery call, not a product demo.
You describe the compliance problem consuming the most of your team's time. We walk the platform through an example close enough to your operation that you can judge whether this way of modelling compliance is the way you want to work. No slideware. No pre-recorded discovery call. Your context, our specialists, the platform.
