Why the platform and the experts have to be one system.
We started by building DORA Solutions, a production compliance platform for the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act. That experience showed us why the underlying model had to be broader than one regulation. You can see the production reference at dora-solutions.com.
What production taught us was simple. Compliance quality depends on relationships: the supplier behind the contract, the contract behind the function, the control behind the risk, the evidence behind the assertion, and the regulatory reason each connection exists.
Those relationships cannot live only in an expert's head, a slide deck, or a spreadsheet. They need to live in the system itself. That is why Ariadnah is not built as advice beside the platform. The expertise is captured in the platform, and the platform gives experts a stronger way to work.
The result is a regulatory operating layer that can adapt to each client without becoming custom software. Same engine. Different regulatory print per organisation. Expert judgement remains present, but it is expressed through the platform rather than trapped outside it.
That is the point of Ariadnah: a platform that becomes an extension of regulatory experts, and experts who become an extension of the platform for the clients that rely on it.
How we work
Expertise shapes the platform. The platform scales the expertise.
Experts ratify the system. Regulatory specialists define, test, and challenge the logic inside the platform. They make sure the workflows reflect what supervisors actually ask for, what boards need to sign off, and what regulated teams can operate in practice.
Engineers turn that judgement into product. The platform captures expert knowledge as data structures, workflows, evidence requirements, controls, and reporting surfaces. It is built to keep regulatory meaning intact without forcing every client into the same operating model.
Clients receive a living platform, not a static recommendation. The expert helps the organisation adopt the platform, the platform carries the quality standard, and the client gets a regulatory operating layer that remains usable after the engagement.
This is the symbiosis that matters. The platform becomes an extension of the experts. The experts become an extension of the platform. Together they let clients rely on both technology and judgement, without choosing between them.
